Mr. Elvis Li (CEO and Director of isBIM Limited)
Mr. Elvis Li is a leading Building Information
Modelling (BIM) consultant in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. Graduated from
Building Surveying, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1994, Elvis has
been practicing with professionalism in the architecture, engineering and
construction industry for more than 17 years.
Over the years, Elvis has 12 years of experience in project management
of various property development projects in Hong Kong and China, and over 16
years of experience in planning and implementing BIM and construction modelling
and control projects. Elvis has gained
his BIM project experience since 2003 and been collaborating his experience and
knowledge from different fields of the industry. He has successfully created and implemented a
series of “BIM assisted” services for building and civil industry from
feasibility study, complex geometry modelling, design coordination, 4D
simulation, BIM-based quantity takes off to facility management phase for over
300 BIM projects in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul and Mumbai. He
is CIC-Certified BIM Manager and fellow of the Chartered Association of
Building Engineers.
