The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF), and Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT) jointly organise an information security seminar.
Cloud Computing, Internet of Thing (IoT) and mobile are key technologies in digital transformation while data is the core to success of such transformation. Data security has never been more important for a business or individual, as cybercrime is constantly on the rise. According to the Verizon 2019 Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR), financially motivated breaches (such as demanding ransom) in all sectors are increasing and 43% of cyber-attacks target small businesses. The seminar will invite information security experts to share their experiences and give you bespoke recommendations on this subject.
