Mr Billy Liu - AVP, Bid & Solutions Consulting, Commercial Group

Billy Liu, with over 30 years of experience in the Telecom industry, Billy Liu has participated in several major projects, such as the network migration of LTE networks. Since 2019, he has been deeply involved in the digital transformation of the healthcare industry. In particular, he has developed 5G-related solutions like 5G remote consultations, which have been deployed in both public and private hospitals. Currently, Billy is focusing on exploring the application of cutting-edge technologies, such as AI imaging analysis, in the healthcare sector.

Mr. Kidd Poon - AVP, Bid & Solutions Consulting, Commercial Group

Kidd Poon, with over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry, has held a variety of significant roles in product marketing and solutions consulting. He is recognized for his exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions to clients. Currently, Kidd serves as a team leader of presales consultants, overseeing diverse vertical industries in the Hong Kong market and providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients. Kidd holds a Master's degree (MSc.) in Information Engineering and a Bachelor's degree (BEng) in Computer Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
