The IT Division was invited by OGCIO to undertake as the leading organizer for the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2007 – Best Public Service Application Award competitions.  The Award aimed to encourage the development/ implementation of ICT solutions in the Government and Non Government Organisations (NGO) in order to better meet citizens’ demands in respect of public services delivery.  The awards were presented to the most innovative ICT solutions that aided the government in serving the community in a citizen-centric, efficient and cost-effective manner.
