All businesses, no matter large or small are engaged in negotiation activities every day. Success in negotiation is often not a matter of chance, but the result of good planning and specialized skills. This workshop aims at providing some guidelines related to the negotiation preparation and the use of the appropriate tactics for achieving our negotiation objectives.
Upon completion of the Workshop, participants will:
- Able to understand the nature of negotiation; why negotiate and when?
- How to prepare a negotiation strategically
- Identify two major types of negotiation: Win-Win and Win-Lose negotiation
