Dear members of the IT Division,

It is my great pleasure to have been re-elected as the Chairman of the IT Division for the Session 2023/2024. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the Past Chairmen and Committee Members for their outstanding leadership and contributions to the success of the IT Division and the continuous support of the professional development of our members in the preceding years.

As we move forward, we are facing a rapidly changing IT landscape, with new and emerging technologies continuing to transform the way we live and work. This presents both opportunities and challenges for IT professionals, and the IT Division is committed to providing you with the latest updates, insights, and ideas to help you stay ahead of the curve.

With the launch of 5G services, we are now seeing a whole new range of possibilities in fields such as IoT, autonomous driving, remote surgery, and more. This, together with the government's Smart City Blueprint 2.0, is transforming the world around us and creating new opportunities for IT professionals.

As the IT Division, we are committed to working closely with the industry and leading technology companies to organize a wide range of quality activities, including technical seminars, industrial visits, and more, to keep you up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT field. We also plan to organize seminars on general topics of interest, such as management skills, personal development, and lifestyle enrichment, to help you develop your career and improve your overall well-being.

In addition, we will continue to collaborate with other industry professionals to organize the flagship Robocon and Mini-Robocon Competitions, as well as the InnoTech Competition for secondary school students, which aims to provide a platform for young talents to demonstrate their technological innovation and STEM application development skills.

As always, we welcome your valuable suggestions and feedback, and we look forward to meeting you in our activities. Together, let us continue to drive innovation and excellence in the IT field and contribute to the betterment of society.
